Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before you use The Lion’s Den (the “Den”) at den.logetics.com. The Den is the paid membership website of Logetics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, paying for a membership, or using the Den, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Den.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Logetics LLC. We may update them. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and may also email you. If you keep using the Den after a change, you accept the new Terms.

The free Logetics mobile app has its own terms. These Terms cover the Den website only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Den, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live), that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to them. If you use the Den for an organization, you confirm you have the right to bind that organization.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may give extra notice by email. Please review this page from time to time. Your continued use after a change means you agree to the new Terms.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

The Den is a paid membership site. To use member features you need an account. You can sign in with email and a password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Accounts are handled by Supabase Auth.

You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login details and for what happens under your account.

3.2 Account security

Tell us at once at contact@logeticsapp.com if you think someone else used your account. We are not liable for loss that comes from you not keeping your login details safe.

3.3 Ending your account

You may ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@logeticsapp.com or through settings, where that option exists. Cancelling a membership is different from deleting an account. Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. See Section 8.

After deletion, your right to use the Den ends. We may keep some information where the law or a genuine business need requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3.4 Suspension or termination by us

We may suspend, restrict, or end your account and access, without prior notice, if you break these Terms, harm other members, or for any other reason we judge appropriate. A ban stops you from posting. It does not, by itself, take away reading access you have already paid for. Ending paid access is a billing action (cancel or refund), not a moderation action.

4. What You Write in the Den

4.1 Member content

The Den lets members write and share things with other members. That includes discussions, topic-room posts, field reports, profile text and links, a listing on the Den Wall if you choose it, objections you submit, practice feedback, and items you save. Other members can see what you post in those rooms, subject to your name and Wall settings.

By posting, you confirm that you have the right to post it, that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights, and that it is not abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

4.2 License

By posting, you grant Logetics LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Den. This license lasts until you delete the content or your account, except where copies have been shared with others or where we must keep a copy by law (including moderation records).

4.3 Content standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene
• Infringes anyone’s intellectual property or other rights
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or other solicitation
• Contains viruses or other harmful code
• Breaks any applicable law
• Impersonates someone else or lies about who you are
• Is hate speech, incitement to violence, or targeted harassment of any person or group, including on the basis of religion, ethnicity, or national origin

4.4 Removal

We may review, hide, or remove content at any time, without prior notice, including content that breaks these Terms. Hidden posts still count on a member’s own record. They are omitted from public lists.

5. Nature of the Content and Educational Purpose

5.1 Informational and educational use only

The Den provides research, reference, and educational material relating to Christian theology, apologetics, comparative religion, philosophy, and history. Everything in the Den — including articles, briefs, quick sheets, courses, and member posts — is for information and education only.

Nothing in the Den is theological, pastoral, spiritual, counseling, mental health, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Using the Den does not create a pastoral, counseling, or professional relationship. Talk to qualified professionals and your own religious leaders about your own situation.

5.2 Comparative religion and viewpoint

The Den presents material from an explicitly Christian perspective and includes analysis, critique, and discussion of the claims, texts, and teachings of other religions, worldviews, and belief systems. This is for academic, historical, and apologetic study. It is not meant to disparage, harass, or incite hostility toward any person or group, and you agree not to use the Den for those purposes.

5.3 Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to source, cite, and review material, but we do not warrant that any content, citation, translation, attribution, or summary is complete, current, or free from error. You are solely responsible for checking any information — including scripture references, quotations, source attributions, and historical claims — before you rely on it, republish it, or present it.

6. The Logetics App and AI Features

The Den website does not generate AI answers. From inside the Den you may open the Logetics app. AI features in that app — including answers built from a content library and third-party AI providers — are covered by the Logetics app Terms and Privacy Policy, not by a separate AI system on this website.

Do not type sensitive personal information, other people’s personal information, or confidential information into those features. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it or share it.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our rights

The Den and all of its content, features, and functionality — including the Logetics and Lion’s Den names, logos, marks, visual design, software, text, graphics, and other materials — are the exclusive property of Logetics LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, republish, or create derivative works from our proprietary content or trademarks without our prior written consent.

7.2 Third-party and licensed content

Portions of the content are licensed from, contributed by, or attributed to third-party authors, ministries, publishers, scholars, and content partners, and portions may be drawn from public-domain or openly licensed sources. That content remains the property of its owners.

Scripture and other religious texts are provided under license or permission from their rights holders. Citation of any author, ministry, publisher, or work does not mean that party endorses Logetics LLC or any statement in the Den.

If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been used without proper permission, contact legal@logeticsapp.com.

7.3 Limited license to you

If you follow these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Den for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not include the right to:

• Sell or commercially exploit the Den or its content
• Copy, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Den except as these Terms allow
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Den
• Use data mining, robots, or similar extraction methods
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other notices
• Use any portion of our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine learning model

7.4 Copyright infringement — DMCA notice

If you believe content on the Den infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA Notice to our designated copyright agent with:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to find it in the Den
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner

We will review valid notices and respond as the law requires. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Membership, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

8.1 The Den is a paid membership

The Den is a paid website. Public prices are shown on the join page. There is one membership: $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, billed after a seven-day trial (see 8.2). We may change those prices. There are no named plans inside the membership — everyone who is in has the same access.

Logetics LLC is a for-profit limited liability company. A membership payment is payment for access to the Den. It is not a charitable gift.

8.2 Seven-day trial

New public memberships start with seven free days. We take a card at signup. You are not charged for those seven days. On day eight the price for the interval you picked is billed, unless you cancel first in Billing. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. The trial is for a first membership. If you leave and come back, the trial does not start again.

8.3 How you pay

Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. After you join, you manage your card, switch month and year, or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal (Billing in the Den). We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s terms also apply to payment.

8.4 Price changes

We may change prices. For current members, a price change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle after notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

8.5 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel during the seven-day trial and you are not charged; access runs to the end of the trial. Cancel after you have paid and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not get a refund for unused days unless the law requires it or we agree. If you return later, you keep the same Den number.

8.6 Refunds

A refund stops access at once. That is different from cancellation. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact contact@logeticsapp.com. We issue refunds where the law requires it, and otherwise at our discretion.

8.7 Failed payment

If a payment fails, we may keep your access for a short grace period while Stripe retries. If payment is not recovered, access ends.

8.8 Certificates

Some courses may offer a certificate. Anyone can check a serial at /verify without joining. A check confirms the credential (valid serial, course, date, and whether it was withdrawn). It names the person only if they consented. It does not show email, Den number, or a user id.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us ideas or suggestions — through the Den, email, or anywhere else — you do so without expecting pay or credit. We may use them for any purpose with no obligation to you, and we may already be working on something similar.

10. Promotions

If we ever run a promotion, contest, or similar offer, it will have its own rules. Those rules control if they conflict with these Terms for that offer. Offers are void where prohibited.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Break the law or anyone else’s rights
• Use the Den for an unauthorized commercial purpose
• Try to access other accounts or systems without permission
• Circumvent security or content protections
• Reverse engineer the Den
• Post harmful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Den
• Interfere with the Den or the networks it runs on
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information of other members without their consent
• Use the Den to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group

12. Third-Party Services

The Den depends on third parties, including Stripe (payment), Supabase (accounts and data storage), Postmark (email), Vercel (hosting), and Zoom (live sessions when a join link is provided). We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. A link or integration is not an endorsement.

The Den and the Logetics mobile app share the same Supabase project. That is a shared backend for Logetics products. It does not give you a right to other members’ app data, and it does not put other members’ Den posts into the public app.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE DEN IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOGETICS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE DEN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE DEN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE DEN WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

No advice or information obtained from us or through the Den will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Some places do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGETICS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEN, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE DEN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some places do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logetics LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Den, including content you post
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
• Your reliance on, republication of, or use of any content obtained through the Den or the Logetics app
• Your violation of any applicable law

We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate at your own expense.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16.2 Informal resolution

Before any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contact@logeticsapp.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to reach you by email. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.

16.3 Binding arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Den that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court. The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, or by telephone or videoconference. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 Class action waiver

YOU AND LOGETICS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

16.5 Jury trial waiver

TO THE EXTENT ANY CLAIM IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT NOTWITHSTANDING THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT ABOVE, YOU AND LOGETICS LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Den ends, except that cancellation of a paid month still runs to the end of that paid period as described in Section 8. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limits on liability.

You may stop using the Den at any time. Membership cancellation is governed by Section 8.5.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Den is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

19. Electronic Communications

By using the Den or writing to us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that notices we send by email or through the Den satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing. Billing mail (receipts, failed payment warnings, and membership-ending notices) is not optional. You can turn off “someone answered your post” mail in settings.

20. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices we publish through the Den, are the entire agreement between you and Logetics LLC about the Den and replace all prior agreements about it.

If a court or arbitrator finds any provision invalid, that provision will be limited or dropped only as much as needed, and the rest will still apply.

21. Waiver

If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Logetics LLC.
