Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Logetics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use The Lion’s Den (the “Den”) at den.logetics.com. By using the Den, you agree to this policy.
The Den is a paid membership website. Most of it needs an account. You can read these pages and check a certificate at /verify without signing in.
The free Logetics mobile app has its own privacy policy. This policy covers the Den website. The Den and the app share the same Supabase project (the same backend). We describe that at a high level below. We do not name other products’ internal data, and we do not use the Den to hand you another member’s app records.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
We may collect:
- Email address
- Display name, handle, bio, and profile links you choose to add
- How you want to be named next to posts, and whether you appear on the Den Wall
- Content you write in the Den: discussions, topic-room posts, field reports, objections, practice feedback, and similar
- Items you save
- Feedback, support requests, and other messages you send us
- Sign-in information when you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google (limited profile data those providers send us, such as an email address)
We do not ask for a phone number, mailing address, or country on Den forms. Stripe may collect billing details to process payment. See Section 6.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our host and backend may log ordinary web information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to run the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
The Den website does not request GPS, your contact list, your camera, or push-notification permission. It is a website, not a mobile app store listing.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from Stripe (payment status, customer id, subscription status), from Apple or Google if you sign in that way, and from our email provider when a message is sent or bounces.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Den
- Create and run your membership, including your Den number and plan
- Process payment, plan changes, cancellation, and refunds through Stripe
- Show you content you are entitled to, and hide content you are not
- Display your posts and profile to other members according to your settings
- Let the public check a certificate serial you hold, without showing your email, Den number, or user id, and without naming you unless you consented
- Send required billing mail (receipts, failed-payment warnings, and membership-ending notices)
- Send optional mail when someone answers your post, if you leave that setting on
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with the law
- Respond to your questions and provide support
We do not send Den broadcast marketing to the whole membership from this website. We do not use the Den to display third-party ads.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to sign you in and keep your session (including cookies set by Supabase Auth). The site may not work if you block those.
We do not run advertising pixels, ad networks, or remarketing tags on the Den. We do not currently use a separate product-analytics tool on this website.
4. The Logetics App and AI Features
The Den website does not send your questions to an AI provider. If you open the Logetics app from the Den, that app may send the text of a question, together with passages from its content library, to third-party AI providers so a response can be generated. That use is described in the Logetics app Privacy Policy.
Do not type sensitive personal information, confidential information, or other people’s personal information into those features.
5. Email
We send email through Postmark. Some messages are required because they are about your money or your access: receipts, failed-payment warnings, and notices that a membership is ending. You cannot turn those off in the Den.
You can turn off “someone answered your post” mail in settings. That setting does not affect billing mail.
The Den website does not send SMS or push. Replies and friend requests show up in Activity. Push in the Logetics app is optional and off until you turn it on.
6. Payments
Membership is paid through Stripe Checkout. New members get a seven-day free trial; we take a card at signup and charge it when the trial ends, unless they cancel first. Monthly is $9.99. Yearly is $99.99. You manage your card, switch month and year, or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. We do not store your full payment card number. Stripe collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We may receive limited transaction information such as amount, date, subscription status, and a Stripe customer or subscription id.
A membership payment is payment for access. It is not a charitable gift.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in these cases:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us run the Den, including Stripe (payment), Supabase (accounts and database), Postmark (email), Vercel (hosting), and Zoom (live session links when a session is scheduled).
- Other members. Content you post, and the name setting you chose, is visible to other members in those rooms. A Wall listing is visible if you turned that on.
- The public, for certificates only. Anyone can check a serial at /verify. That page confirms the credential. It names you only if you consented. It does not show email, Den number, or user id.
- Legal requirements. If the law requires it, or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- Protection of rights. To enforce our terms, protect members or the public, or investigate possible violations.
- With your consent. When you have asked us to.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to run your membership, follow the law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Hidden or removed posts may still exist in moderation records. You may ask us to delete your data as described in Section 13.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential.
10. Children’s Privacy — COPPA
The Den is not directed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) to agree to the Terms. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe this has happened should contact contact@logeticsapp.com.
Parents and legal guardians may ask to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting that same address.
11. California Privacy Rights — CCPA / CPRA / CalOPPA
11.1 CalOPPA
You can read this policy, the Terms, and the public certificate check without an account. We will note Privacy Policy changes on this page. You can ask us to change personal information by emailing contact@logeticsapp.com. Some profile fields you can change yourself in settings.
11.2 CCPA and CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions the law allows
- Correct inaccurate personal information we keep
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share Den data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit use of sensitive personal information to the extent we collect it (for example, information that may reveal religious beliefs because of the nature of the Den). You may ask us to limit that use to what is needed to provide the Den
- Non-discrimination. We will not deny you the Den, charge a different price, or give a different quality of service because you exercised these rights
To submit a verifiable request, email legal@logeticsapp.com or use https://logeticsapp.com/contact. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, and may extend by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice.
Shine the Light (California Civil Code Section 1798.83): to ask how we share personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing, contact contact@logeticsapp.com. We do not share Den member data with third parties for their direct marketing.
12. European Users — GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR and local data-protection laws apply.
12.1 Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: to provide the membership you bought
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and running the service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Consent: where we rely on it (for example, optional reply notifications). You may withdraw consent at any time
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information
12.2 Your GDPR rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing, including direct marketing. You also have rights related to automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use solely automated decisions of that kind to admit or refuse a public Den plan.
Contact contact@logeticsapp.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12.3 International transfers
We are based in the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same protection as your home country. Where we transfer data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.
13. Your Privacy Choices (All Users)
- Without an account: you may read the Terms, this policy, and check a certificate serial.
- Access and correction: many profile fields are in settings. You may also email us.
- Deletion: email contact@logeticsapp.com. We will honor deletion to the extent the law requires, while keeping what we must keep for legal, safety, or business purposes (for example, payment records or moderation records).
- Reply mail: turn it off in settings. Billing mail still goes out.
- Wall and name: you choose whether you appear on the Wall, and how your posts are signed.
- Certificate name: a public check names you only if you consented.
14. Third-Party Links
The Den may link to other sites, including Zoom join links and the Logetics app. This policy does not cover those services. Review their privacy policies before you use them.
15. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. The Den does not use advertising trackers. Session cookies needed to sign you in still apply.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and may also email you. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy. Please review this page from time to time.
